The host is very kind and lovely and this is in the perfect location.

The clutter in the downstairs surprised me and the room was incredibly dusty. The furniture, floors, wall. Everything could use a good deep clean and dusting.

comfort quiet stay

The owner is very friendly. The location though is away from the Main Street, but it is quiet and safe. The surrounding area still convenient, there's 2 cafes for breakfast + one stall that sell local food. There's coins operate laundry nearby and lots of eateries. Not too far from One Nimman, and still a walking distance to the old town.

there's no lift in the building.

Charming guest house

A very pleasant and quaint English-style guest house with many English decorations. I had forgotten a jar of supplements when I left and when I returned the next day the proprietor came to work early to give it to me The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Best hotel in Chiang Mai

This hotel is run by an extremely nice elderly man. It made me feel like I was at home. Lovely spot next to local life and expat places. Loved my stay.
