Sunbed was discomfort. Pool is ok. Staff less attentive.

Very nice hotel with well trained staff.

Staff was very friendly and well mannered. Hotel room very clean and the cleaning lady was nice to provide us with a drying rack.

The walls are a bit thin.. we could hear the other guests from the other rooms and when they were in and out of their room. Also, it would be nice to have more shuttle transfers to the shopping malls.

Good Location. Courteous Staff. Extremely accomodating.

The staff is absolutely the kindest staff we have met anywhere. Extremely child friendly and helpful. Especially the door man and staff at the entrance.
