Riepilogo IAOverall very positive experience for many guests (great location, pools, breakfasts and friendly staff) despite recurring odor/cleanliness issues for some — overall impression remains excellent.

Pulizia6,5
Multiple guests report a persistent mold/odor in rooms (dehumidifiers provided, guests asked to use perfume); specific cleanliness concern lowers this score.
Servizio9,4
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (front-desk sometimes brusque for one reviewer, housekeeping responsive to odor issue and polite).
Posizione9,6
Consistently praised as beachfront/sea-front and in the village near restaurants, shops and market — excellent location for dining and beach access.
Camera9,0
Rooms described as spacious, well-designed and comfortable with good beds and storage; some maintenance/finish issues mentioned but generally positive.
Servizi9,0
Multiple pools, spa and garden setting highlighted; pool on the beach and good pool options across resort — gym noted as dated but overall amenities strong.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo7,8
Mixed: several praise breakfast and facilities, while at least one guest felt price was high for a short stay and maintenance issues affected perceived value.
Cibo e bevande9,9
Breakfast repeatedly described as excellent/rich and among the best guests have had; F&B offerings viewed very positively.

Sehr sehr viel Auswahl

Perfect family stay away from the Phuket crowds

Multiple pools, with a perfect mix of young-kid friendly and deeper options. Delightful and accommodating staff. Delicious, flavoursome food at the hotel restaurant. Comfortable beds. Modern, elegant rooms with adjustable air conditioning. Kids club indoor play room with activities. Swim up bars so you can enjoy food and drinks while chilling in the water.

Leaving.

It was an amazing hotel! I’d go there again for sure if I’d come to Khao Lak!!

It was a perfect stay

This is one of those places that I would definitely visit again. Check in was very efficient, but staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. The view from the balcony was perfect. The aircon was perfect. Breakfast was great with incredible staff and a view of the beach. Life entertainment during dinner was great. And when I was not having dinner in the restaraunt, room service delivery was superfast. Ordering room service with the resort app was also great (and perfect for introverts ;-) ). Even though this was 'n large resort, it never felt crowded. (Full disclosure - I visited during the slightly more off-season period, late August, so some visitors might be discouraged by the rainy season.) Check out was easy and fast.

Leaving. I did not like leaving this paradise.
