Molto buono · su 753 recensioniRiepilogo IAOverall positive for short stays: excellent location and staff make stays enjoyable, but noise, room condition and layout issues limit comfort for longer stays.
Pulizia7,0
Mixed feedback: some guests praised cleanliness, but others reported general cleanliness concerns and unpleasant smells in the elevator; rooms show visible wear and need maintenance.Servizio9,5
Very strong positive sentiment: multiple mentions of friendly, helpful staff (Emmy, Khant and others) and excellent reception service that made stays seamless.Posizione9,0
Generally excellent — unbeatable for beach access and proximity to Bangla Road (1–2 minutes). Some guests noted heavy street noise and a noisy restaurant under the hotel, but location convenience is a major positive.Camera6,5
Negative points: small/basic rooms, poor layout, visible wear, need for fresh paint/maintenance, inadequate sound insulation and inconvenient power outlet placement.Servizi8,2
Limited explicit commentary on hotel amenities; standard/basic offerings implied. No dedicated parking and no private entrance noted (restaurant walkthrough).Rapporto qualità-prezzo8,8
Perceived as good value by several guests: centrally located and reasonably priced for short stays; many reviewers called it good value or great price ratio.Cibo e bevande8,2
Hotel F&B not clearly reviewed; however an independent restaurant beneath the hotel was mentioned as a noise source rather than hotel-run dining quality.

Dope smoking in the hallway 24/7. I reported it 4 days in a row and began to feel sick on the 3rd day. I had to leave. They would not give me a refund even though I had 6 days to go on my stay. I lost about $450 AUD, but so happy I moved to a hotel I could breathe. No beachfront as advertised, it’s a good 400m each way to the beach
