ThomasViaggio in solitaria · Oct 10Le lieu est magnifique, avec une vue absolument exceptionnelle sur la baie, digne d’une carte postale. La piscine, située juste en front de mer, offre un panorama incroyable. Le cadre est vraiment superbe et constitue sans aucun doute le gros point fort de l’établissement. Les lieux sont propres et le personnel est gentil.
Notre avis est mitigé, car nous avons séjourné deux fois dans cet hôtel, pour une nuit à l’aller et une nuit au retour, Koh Samui étant uniquement une étape de transit pour rejoindre d’autres îles. Lors de notre premier séjour, nous avons eu une chambre dans la partie centrale et ancienne de l’hôtel. La chambre, tout en bois avec une décoration thaïlandaise typique, était magnifique, absolument incroyable et très spacieuse. Malheureusement, la literie était de très mauvaise qualité. Les matelas semblaient très anciens et complètement usés. Mais le plus problématique était l’état du linge de lit : les draps étaient sales, avec des taches jaunes, des taches rouges et des traces verdâtres qui étaient clairement de la moisissure. Les coussins décoratifs étaient également dans un état déplorable. C’est tout simplement inacceptable en matière d’hygiène. Lors de notre second séjour, nous avons eu une chambre dans la nouvelle partie de l’hôtel. La literie était nettement meilleure, mais la chambre était tellement petite qu’une fois nos valises ouvertes, il était quasiment impossible de circuler. L’espace était vraiment insuffisant et la sensation d’étroitesse très désagréable. Heureusement que nous n’y passions qu’une seule nuit, car nous n’aurions clairement pas souhaité y séjourner plusieurs jours.

My only feedback is if you coukd reolace the mattress wirh slightly softer mattress that would make a huge impact. The mattress felt like sleeping on the hardwood floor.

AdamViaggio in solitaria · Sep 13Amazing place for the week for me and my partner. We really enjoyed the location of the hotel, it was very quite and peaceful in the off season. You are situated right on the beach and the pool is perfect if you want to chill by the beach. There are many restaurants up and down the beach within walking distance and a local 7-Eleven literally across the road. We were made very welcome by the staff and their hospitality was second to none. Will stay again!
