We stayed in their pool villa, which was an absolute gem; the design and aesthetic of every room are unique and thoughtfully curated. The service was impeccable; the management and staff went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, handling everything from transport arrangements to late-night room service with genuine warmth. It is the perfect sanctuary for families seeking quiet, relaxation, and quality time together. My favorite memory will always be sitting under the sheltered terrace, listening to the rain and the sounds of the jungle while sharing a meal. We felt completely at home and can’t wait to return.

1.雨季蚊子确实很多 2.需要单独预约早餐 3.如果有浴袍就更好了 4.洗发水等备品只用塑料瓶子装，露出里面的蓝绿色液体显得档次不够，换成不透明的陶器瓶子或和本土香氛品牌合作会好很多

RaduViaggio in famiglia · Mar 20residence is located within forrest, on a pretty large property - feels like living in the jungle. the suite we rented was large, nicely furnished. staff is exceeding your expectation - from the welcome until you leave. they"ve been very helpful in arranging transportation, restaurants, picking up grab orders - you name it.

Le personnel est top et vous suit dans toutes vos demandes et vos excursion même si vous ne passez pas avec eux (nous étions en moto). Et vous êtes immergé dans la forêt tropicale malgré que vous soyez à 5 minutes du centre ville.

Every single person at Chandra made this visit unforgettable, Peach, Shanee, Uli, and the entire staff, thank you for your warmth, care, and kindness. You didn’t just meet expectations; you redefined hospitality. The residence itself is absolutely stunning. Shanee’s interior design expertise shines through every corner of the space, every room feels soulful, elegant, and deeply personal. I genuinely fell in love with the energy of the place. I even found myself half-jokingly wishing Shanee would adopt me just so I could stay forever! What completely blew me away was the attention to detail. Even the birthday décor was immaculate, every element so thoughtfully and beautifully done, it felt like a dream. Peach, you were truly the star of the show. Your warmth and attention made everything extra special. Chandra Residence isn’t just a place to stay it’s a place to feel, to connect, and to fall in love with.
