DavidViaggio di coppia · Aug 30La ubicación es muy buena ya que está así lado del mercado nocturno. La habitación era amplia, la cama enorme y cómoda y el personal de recepción muy amables y atentos. Te entra café y galletas (sin coste adicional) a la hora del destino y a media tarde.
La calle un poco turbia al principio pero para nada sensación de peligro.

The area has this local vibe that's quite charming, there's a few bars in the area that have old french immigrant pensioners, combined with locals, the vibe is very colorful. To get to the inner city, there's a bit of walking to do, but because Chiang Mai is such a cool city, it was actually really pleasant to stroll around l.
I received a message with whatsapp from this place asking me to pay, but I had already paid via Booking, it seemed pretty strange to be contacted outside of the booking app, so I reached out to them via the Booking app and they confirmed that it was not them and to ignore the message sent, which actually seemed like a complete scam. Anyhow, besides this weird experience, the other detail was the bathroom, which is in need of some renovation.

Certains matins la fermeture du petit déjeuner était bien trop tôt. Et le non-respect de certains clients qui claquent les portes la nuit et qui discute dans les couloirs .il nécessitent une affiche de rappel du respect des autres clients la nuit entre 23h et 7h avec des sanctions possibles.

WilliamViaggio di coppia · Mar 9The lobby area is great for waiting for transport to activities. They have a nice self serve coffee machine, just ask for milk, and some free snacks. The family that runs the place is really nice. Bed is cozy and the in room ac unit is great for cooling off during the heat of the day. We found ourselves periodically returning throughout the day to rest a bit before the next plan.
The point of use water heater took a bit of fiddling to get going and even at max heat was not strong enough to fully heat the shower with the water at full blast. There's a decent amount of noise at night from nearby homes and businesses, we were able to sleep through it but if you're a light sleeper it may be a problem. The area just outside the hotel can be a bit sketch but everyone minds their own.

Wasn't clean enough (mainly the floors and the shits could be cleaner), So for the price it didn't feel like good value because that (and compareto other hotel in chiang mai). Personal preference, but the matress was to soft.
