Hotel qui vieillit assez mal et aurait besiin d'un meilleur entretien. Services assez limités hormis au restaurant. Le pool bar était ouvert mais il n'y a jamais aucun serveur. Très étrange ! Mauvais rapport qualité prix comparé à d'autres établissements, notamment celui qui se trouve juste à côté dont les services sont excellents!

The room needs to be touched up. The sofa, furniture and bathroom are too big. The safety box is a bit difficult to use.

I don't like the checkout process whereby they ask for a cash deposit when you check in, they hold on to your cash until security can check your room. Only after they check your room can they give you cash back. This is very demeaning. Definitely treat us like thieves. The minibar is free, so I can't really steal anything there, and they have my credit card, so even if I did steal a TV set, they could probably charge me. I haven't had this sort of a cheap checkout experience at a hotel in Thailand in a long, long time. There's a certain level of trust, and you pay more than $200 a night. Not at this hotel.

Mosquitos are everywhere. The room furniture is getting a bit old. Adding a jacuzzi would be nice.
ShayViaggio in solitaria · May 1Great resort, all units are ground level, big and specious, Great pools, for kids and adults. Right on a great and clean beach ⛱️. Kids could go feed the animals which was a great bonus for them. Crew members are polite and professional.
