Tomkin M.Viaggio di coppia · Oct 17Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. 4 Sterne Standard ist erfüllt. Der Pool ist ebenso überdurchschnittlich. Die gesamte Anlage ist freundlich und angenehm. Es existiert ein Buggy/Cart-Service um zum Zimmer gefahren zu werden - auch wenn dies zu Fuß gut möglich wäre. Daher zusätzliches Lob für diesen Service. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Hotels selbst ist außerordentlicher Natur. Im Gesamten liegt mithin eine überdurchschnittliche Leistung vor, die (noch) mit 5 Sternen zu bewerten ist.
Einzig das Hotelrestaurant ist zu bemängeln. Leider ist der Service hier nicht besonders gut gewesen, ebenso die Qualität des Essens (im Vergleich mit sonstigen Restaurants in Bangkok). Preise auch tendenziell hoch. Hier sollte dieses schöne Hotel nachbessern.

Нет такого, либо я не успела это оценить, так как оставалась всего 1 день.
NidaViaggio in famiglia · Oct 11There was nothing to like except the pool. It looks Pretty and aesthetic. Rest the service and staff was very unprofessional and non cooperative. They have buggy service to take to your room and to lobby and only the buggy guys were good.
The location was deep in streets. The staff dont understand basic English so whatever we asked for we never get or got wrong thing. They dont have connecting rooms and not so ideal for families. On complaints about rooms they ask to pay more to get upgraded. You have to fight your way out. We finally got family room from them

Besonders schön war die direkte Lage am Fluss – die ruhige Atmosphäre und der Blick auf das Wasser waren nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in Bangkok eine wunderbare Abwechslung. Das Hotel ist modern und angenehm gestaltet, und wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Eine schöne Unterkunft, wenn man Bangkok erleben und gleichzeitig etwas Ruhe genießen möchte.
