Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und hat sich um uns gekümmert.(Auto,Taxi etc.)

Einfach alles!Voll runter gekommen,absolut dreckig und es war weit vom Geschehen!!!Nix wurde ersetzt wie Kaffee,Toilettenpapier,Handtücher etc. Da wird nur Kohle kassiert und das nicht zu knapp!

La chambre était nettoyée une seule fois sur 7 jours, des essuies avec du sang dessus des verres dans la salle de bain, chouette piscine mais pas très propre.

My son enjoyed the pool.

It was up a steep hill from the main road. There's no front desk staff though they were there to greet us and told us to use WhatsApp for communication which I didn't have so they said to message through the booking site. The key was tricky in the door, she had to get the cleaner to show us how to use it. There was a big gap at the bottom of the door which allows critters and mosquitoes in. The window was broken so I couldn't lock it. There was a lizard running around the room. The TV didn't work. I messaged multiple times with no answers. After a few hours I knew I wouldn't be able to feel safe and sleep in the room so we booked another resort asap and left. Thankfully we got our booking fee back.

Die Unterkunft an sich war super Sauber. Das Zimmer war ordentlich bei der Ankunft und das Personal war neutral. Also nicht super freundlich, wie wir es normalerweise gewohnt waren, aber auch nicht unfreundlich. Wir konnten uns für 300THB pro Tag und einer hinterlegten Kaution von 3000THB einen Roller mieten. Der Inhaber kam uns sehr entgegen, da wir, erst noch Bargeld holen mussten und er damit sehr geduldig war.

Bereits beim Check-in mussten wir etwa 20 Minuten warten, da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war. Erst nachdem wir selbst nach jemandem gesucht haben, konnten wir jemanden finden, der uns schließlich eingecheckt hat. Eine Einführung oder Erklärung zum Resort (z. B. Frühstück, Abläufe oder Ansprechpartner) gab es nicht. Im Zimmer angekommen stellten wir fest, dass keine Handtücher vorhanden waren. Und die Tee Tassen nicht ausgetauscht wurden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal gestaltete sich schwierig, und erst nach erneutem Nachfragen sowie Rücksprache mit dem Inhaber haben wir schließlich Handtücher erhalten. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, sodass es keinen festen Ansprechpartner bei Fragen oder Problemen gab. Zudem haben wir einen Roller gemietet, jedoch in den ersten drei Tagen keine Helme erhalten. Eine Zimmerreinigung fand während unseres Aufenthalts nicht statt, ebenso wurden die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Frühstück konnten wir nicht buchen, weil es keinen Ansprechpartner diesbezüglich gab.

The pool area was very nice and relaxing, and parking at the property was convenient. One of the rooms we received was in good condition and quite comfortable, which made part of our stay pleasant.

Unfortunately the second room was in noticeably worse condition and did not appear to be properly cleaned. We found several dirty spots, including rubbish and even urine left in the toilet, which was quite disappointing. The difference in cleanliness between the two rooms was significant.

Very friendly staff, great shared space, good for working as well.

The rooms are smaller but thats the only downside.

Les photos sont celles quand l'hôtel était neuf La réalité aujourd'hui c'est très sale aussi bien dehors que dedans La crasse et graisse à même le sol pour aller à la piscine La chambre est sombre et les fenêtres sont à la Vu de tout le monde J'ai changé d'hôtel le jour même pour vous dire...

Fajne ustronne miejsce, dobre na odpoczynek. Bardzo miła obsługa. Czas umilały również dwa psy.

Miejsce jest dosyć oddalone od sklepu i restauracji, na wzgórzu. Warto wypożyczyć skuter lub samochód. Dla nas w sumie nie był to problem, cardio od rana zrobione 😅 pokój i łazienka wymagają już lekkiego odświeżenia.

Nagyon csendes szallas, egy fantasztikus belso kerttel!

Iszonyatosan kemenyek a matracok. Nem annyira szeretnek takaritani, a kutyak zavaroak lehetnek.

Cudowni właściciele, pomocni. Super obiekt.

Brak jednej moskitiery w oknie. Zepsute drzwi łazienki.
