Pulizia6,8
Rooms are frequently described as neat and clean, but a persistent unpleasant smell from the creek/drain that runs through the resort and near the pool negatively affects the perceived cleanliness.Servizio9,2
Staff are repeatedly praised across reviews for attentiveness, welcome amenities (fruit plate, sweet treats), helpful upgrades and overall friendly service.Posizione9,0
Excellent central location close to Walking Street and local amenities; ideal for both nightlife and quick access to attractions, though proximity brings occasional nighttime noise.Camera8,6
Rooms and suites are described as spacious, well furnished, with useful features (balcony, extra toilets, kitchen sink in some upgrades); generally positive room condition with some reports of noise from neighbouring guests.Servizi7,4
Strong amenities: large pool, attractive grounds, new gym equipment and visible sustainability initiatives. However, the creek/drain smell near the pool and occasional guest disturbances reduce the overall amenity experience.Rapporto qualità-prezzo8,0

Breakfast is described as good/adequate by multiple reviewers; no major praise or complaints about dining variety, so overall a solid but not outstanding offering.

If you are sensitive to club beats, just be careful when booking room with ocean view, as some are a bit close to the clubs
