BrownViaggio di coppia · Jun 30The pool was a lovely temperature, and the hotel was in a good location, very central to shops, markets and bars.
The only minor downfall was that the pool is in the centre of the hotel and the balconies look down on it but this wasn’t an issue and didn’t feel uncomfortable.

Bed very comfortable Pool was great for a dip every day. Great location, quiet but walkable to lots of cafes / restaurants / massage places
PhoebeViaggio in solitaria · May 26Very nice room and bathroom, clean towels every day and fresh water. Room was very spacious with plenty of room to put belongings. Pool was clean. Security guard outside in the evenings so it felt very safe. Great location just off of the ‘square’
Pool is pretty shaded so you won’t be in the sun, and there is limited seating.

When we arrived, we were unexpectedly told that both our stay and the room key deposit had to be paid in cash. It would have been helpful to know this in advance, so that you can make sure that you even have this amount of cash with you. Also, we had to check out very early due to our 6:50 AM flight. We asked beforehand if we could get our deposit back at that time and were assured this would be possible, we just needed to ask security staff. However, when we went to the reception, we still had to wait a long time for another person to wake up and return our deposit. After he finally got out of his room, they could not find the receipt with our money attached to it, but we did have proof of our payment. Our taxi was already waiting outside (we went to the reception 10 minutes before the taxi would arrive). Since the issue was on their side and they had other cash available, they could simply have returned the deposit and sort out the paperwork afterwards. Instead, they made us wait so long that our taxi almost left. Overall, a stressful and disappointing way to end our stay.
