Small criticism. I dont like that you must pay for ice, and I dont like that guest do not have access to a microwave. I understand rooms dont have microwaves, but why cant there be one per floor for guest usage. I had left over food and staff would not make warm for me. Also being required to pay for ice in my room. Put 1 ice machine in each building for guest use. Also very small bathroom in romantic suite. I must use the toilet with the door open so I can fit in the bathroom

That we didn’t get to stay longer.

MaximViaggio in famiglia · Oct 8The villa is gourgas with a pool, jacuzzi and sauna although we didn't get the one with a beautiful view that we asked. 5 Min walk from Patong city, 30 min to the center.
You have to walk a lot to get the hotel restaurant for breakfast, taxi, reception. There is a shuttle but it doesn't reach vilas area.
