They did not clean the room once in the 12 nights I was there. You are only provided one roll of toilet paper, expected to wash your own towels, empty your own bins and maintain the room yourself. I asked for replacement towels and more toilet paper after day 4 and it took half a day for it to occur. Towels arrived still damp. On check out, they have the hide to go and “inspect your room” which I was then made to pay a 800BHT cleaning fee due to having dirty sheets?! Yet no attempt was made by the staff to maintain the room, make the bed, provide clean sheets, empty the bins or service the room during the entire stay. Locals would also coming in the evening after the staff left and use the pool :(

JoshViaggio in solitaria · Apr 9The location was quiet which was a bonus. The staff went above and beyond to help me.
CharlotteViaggio in solitaria · Dec 20Staff were fabulous. Great location...but good 35 min walk to beach. Apartment lovely but needs bigger cups and teaspoon
Liked everything
CharlotteViaggio in solitaria · Dec 15The staff (Son in particular) went out of their way to help me. I could not fault their kindness. The location was a pleasant walk to the beach so not noisy but easily accessible. Everywhere was clean and anything I asked the staff to help me with was done immediately. Would recommend to others and would definitely stay here again.
I loved everything
JulieViaggio in solitaria · Apr 28Clean, fresh, modern apartment with cooking facilities, good aircon, a sofa, eating area with table, crockery, etc. Also a balcony. Lovely, helpful, friendly staff.
No lift, not close to amenities and had to take a taxi to places. Difficult for taxis to find the location.
