Frae ValdehuesaViaggio in solitaria · Apr 18Convenient location, the room was big with balcony and the bathroom was spacious as well. Amazing staff, very helpful and polite. Easily one of my fave go-to hotels in the area since I love staying near Phrom Phong. Looking forward to the next stay!
Right next to it is a weed shop so going in and out of the hotel you will have a whiff of weed.

CHAI LINGViaggio di coppia · Mar 23There is a small section next to the hotel’s main entrance that is occupied by a cannabis shop, and the smell of marijuana is very strong. This was quite unpleasant and seriously did not match the photos shown in the listing.

バルコニー付きの部屋を予約したが、ホテル側のミスで空きが無く、バルコニー無しの部屋になった。 カードを受け取り部屋へ行くと開錠できない。 スタッフに伝えに行くと何やら問題がある様で待たされる。 問題が解決したとの事で部屋へ行くと、なんと既に部屋の中には他の宿泊客がいる。 再度スタッフに伝えに行くと部屋を間違えてだとの事を新たな部屋のカードを渡される。 やっと部屋へ入れるが暫くすると今度は他のチェックイン客に私の部屋を当てがった様で部屋へ入って来る。 更には朝食付きで予約していたので時間、場所を確認しに行くと朝8時に部屋へ持って行くと言われる。 8:30までは待って朝食が来ないのでチェックに行きクレームを入れる手違い？等々言い訳ばかり。 デポジットの返金も戸惑いチェックアウトで約30分も要する。 あまりにもひどすぎる。
