La localisation de l'hôtel était bien, face à la mer. Les petits déjeuners étaient très bons et bien fournis. Le personnel était très gentil et aidant lorsqu'on avait des questions ou des besoins spécifiques. Les lits sont plutôt confortables.

Nous sommes globalement déçues du rapport qualité/prix. La chambre était assez vétuste : des trous dans les murs, la peinture qui s'écaille beaucoup, une forte odeur d'humidité, le peu de meubles n'étaient pas en très bon état. La douche pareil, très peu de pression dans le pommeau et l'état des toilettes était vraiment usé. Nous avons voulu profiter de la salle de sport mais c'était chose compliqué : sur les 5 appareils, une seule machine fonctionnait. Quand on a voulu faire part de notre mécontentement via le numéro WhatsApp partagé par booking, nous n'avons eu aucune réponse. Nous ne sommes finalement parties plus tôt que prévu suite à l'absence de réponse de l'hôtel à notre message. Nous avons également vécu une journée de 9h à 17h sans électricité sur l'île. Ce n'était pas du fait de l'hôtel évidemment mais cela a participé à notre déception globale du séjour à Koh Yao Noi.

Great place, great place, will come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, except for the wifi which was rather poor reception from our room. However if you moved to the common area, the wifi improved. Otherwise the facilities are really good, the room is an excellent size, and clean. There is tea making facilities with a fridge in the room. The shower was really good too. Good value breakfast which was freshly made. The swimming pool is excellent with a great sitting area. There is also a gym on site

Hôtel basique mais avec du potentiel

La situation de l’hôtel sur l’île et avec une vue mer - piscine agréable et entretenue.

La vétusté de nos 3 chambres et équipements basiques (exemple-lavabo à l’extérieur de la salle de bain) Petit déjeuner non varié avec choix très restreint.

Beautiful, peaceful place to stay right on the water. Best views we’ve had in Thailand!

Comfortable and spacious rooms with porches overlooking the water. It was a great location, minutes walking in both directions from restaurants and directly across the street from a nice beach to swim at. Bike and moped rental from the property were also super helpful. We liked it so much we extended our stay!

If you are working to be budget, you won’t be disappointed

My review is based on the type of accommodation available in the same star rating. I cannot believe that you can better the view and location. The bungalows are also spacious and the decoration is light and bright. You are also surrounded by nature. The rooms and other areas are clean and the staff were welcoming and genuine

Could improve the shower. This may be done in the near future as there was maintenance on other bungalows underway.
