Riepilogo IAOverall very positive: relaxing, quiet, family-run and highly recommended by many guests, with minor issues around access, location and breakfast.

Pulizia9,7
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness: 'perfectly clean', 'Hyper propre', and well-maintained rooms and gardens.
Servizio9,5
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, familial and ready to help; quick to solve requests, though a few reviews note a language barrier (no English).

Location is quiet and remote (20–30 minutes to town/beach); some guests mention it is in an alley and hard to find or hard to get Grab/Bolt.

Rooms and cottages described as spacious, comfortable, private; extra-bed service available and overall well maintained.
Servizi9,4
Strong positive mentions for the beautiful, well-kept garden, nice pool, parking and on-site night guard.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo9,7

Cibo e bevande8,5
Mixed feedback: some describe breakfast as very plentiful and tasty, others call it minimal or disappointing—basic but generally fresh.

Fabulous location, away from the touristy parts of Pattaya.

Layout of the resort, the size of the rooms, with everything you could want or need. Its clean, tidy, secure. Air-conditioning in bedroom and main living room gives great cooling. And its quiet running.

Only very small negative, was the road was next to our room, H7, so sometimes you hear trucks and motorbikes during the night
