Molto buono · su 203 recensioniRiepilogo IAOverall sentiment is positive with multiple guests indicating they would return; main detractors are room fixture issues and occasional noise from other guests.
Pulizia8,8
Multiple reviews repeatedly praise cleanliness: 'room very nice and clean', Thai comments 'ห้องสะอาด', and 'ห้องพักสะอาดมาก' indicate consistently high standards of room and lobby cleanliness.Servizio8,6
Staff described as kind, helpful and responsive ('The stuff very kind and helpful', 'พนักงานบริการดีมากค่ะ', 'le personnel en général accueillant et réactif'), supporting a strong positive service rating.Posizione8,6
Location noted as secure and convenient — close to 7-11 and many restaurants and in a pleasant residential neighbourhood; some uncertainty about public transport but overall location is favorable.Camera6,8
Mixed feedback: rooms described as comfortable and clean but there are notable shortcomings (no bedside table, no bedside lamp, only glaring ceiling lights, no shelf by the lavabo, poorly placed outlets) which reduce the room quality score.Servizi7,2
Positive mentions include a clean, pleasant lobby and good coffee; however, lack of a designated smoking area and some missing in-room conveniences lower the amenities rating.Rapporto qualità-prezzo8,2

Coffee is specifically highlighted as good and the lobby area is pleasant for enjoying it, supporting a positive F&B impression.

NurulViaggio di gruppo · May 15The room is very clean and quite comfortable. The hotel is situated in a pleasant residential neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the commercial area. I'm not sure about the proximity to public transportation since I always use Grab to get around.
