Friendly staff and great hotel . Shuttle very convenient
Great location. Excellent customer service, nice upgrade. Comfortable room & bed. Has everything you need for a wonderful stay.
Great customer service, breakfast has a wonderful variety of offerings. Comfortable bed, room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Happy hour is a nice addition.
The staff was very friendly and the maids were excellent.
A nice hotel with friendly staff. They run a free shuttle service to the local train station which is worthwhile using, otherwise about a 12 minute walk but poor footpaths. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice. It can get quite busy but we never saw it full. The breakfast area becomes a restaurant during the day & evening. A reasonable choice of foods and I can thoroughly recommend the duck with mashed potato.
Everything is excellent. This hotel offers Onsen and it was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.
Clean and comfortable. Early breakfast opening time. Friendly staff.
Fairly new hotel with tasteful furnishing and design not only of the common areas and reception but the rooms as well. Rooms fully equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. Could be a bit more spacious though. Excellent service by the staff who accommodated special check-in requirements due to a cancelled flight.
This was the first hotel that I saw only for star reviews and now I know why: it is a four star hotel! Perfect room, friendly staff, walk to mtr and shopping. The onsen was a bonus and very nice. Highly recommended
Very clean, washer and dryer in room, nice gym and Onsen.
