Booked a room with Whirpool which basically didn't work. Water pressure to fill it was very low and it took ages to fill the whirlpool to one third. Lost water when turned on, leked. Also smelled funny. Shower leaked a bit as well. All in all, it has seen better days, some furniture seems old and starts to fall apart (not a big issue). Breakfast was ok, but not great. Semi-loud humming noise every night, probably caused by the AC system. Generally badly soundproofed.

Lucas930Viaggio in solitaria · Oct 13The whole hotel was ornate and luxurious. Made me feel like a royal guest during the Siam era. The location is inside the city walls, and many temples are accessible by walking (within 20 mins). Those who are not that mobile could simply book a Grab and problem is solved. Also, food is everywhere covering from the most basic street foods up to the most luxurious meals money can buy.
If I had to nitpick, I hope they would improve the coffee to water ratio of their espresso machine. But that would not take away anything from the greatness of the hotel.
Bernd AndreasViaggio di gruppo · Oct 9Das Hotel hat eine besonderes Ambiente. Traditionell in Holz und besonderen Design, großzügige Zimmer, hohe Decken. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für drei Personen. Ein Kingsize Bett und ein extra Bett, alles sehr großzügig. Einzig die Türen quietschen und der Tresor war nicht befestigt. Das ist etwas was eigentlich ein Nogo ist bei einem solchen Zimmer. Dafür war alles, was in der Minibar drin im Preis enthalten. Es gab auch einen Whirlpool, der ausgiebig genutzt wurde. selbst das Bad war großzügig geschnitten und wirklich besonders fein ausgestattet. Außerdem ein riesiger Balkon. Allerdings nur mit zwei Sitzgelegenheiten. Zumindest Erwachsene sind. Die Lage war wirklich gut. Der Parkplatz gleich gegenüber. Der Kontakt vorher hat auch funktioniert. Das Frühstück war wirklich fein mit Omelette Station und verschiedenen anderen Besonderheiten.
dass der Tresor nicht befestigt wurde. Dann kann ich ihn auch nicht nutzen. Und dass die Türen quietscht denn. Ich hab sie dann mit Ballistol geölt. so etwas muss auffallen bei einer Kontrolle einer Suite.

Breakfast had little variety and was very limited for vegetarian and gluten free options. The front door is not sound proof so you hear all the breakfast noise.

The cleaning lady did a perfect job, great breakfast and staff. Wonderful swimmingpool. Every part of the hotel is beautiful designed. Great to have a jaccuuzi in the room.
