There is a lot of noise from the street. The breakfast was poor.

The living room has a good view of the ocean which is a plus. The aircon works great. best thing is the prawn porridge served in the morning. high quality and big prawns.
The sofa in the living room is the hardest we've ever sat on in our lives. As a result, we did not dwell in the living room at all, despite the good ocean view and it being a relatively spacious area. Installing a new, comfortable sofa would go a LONG way. The smaller toilet is small and quite smelly.
