KiekieViaggio in famiglia · Oct 11The staffs were very polite and nice. The location was convenient. The room was clean, new, and well-equipped. The bed was comfy. There was a smart TV that you can access YouTube and Netflix as well! Totally worth all the money!!
None. I liked it.

Hieman liian kallis siihen mitä on tarjolla.

I was quite disappointed with the restaurant service at this hotel. I placed a food order at around 7:30 pm, and the staff member took my order. After waiting for about 45 minutes with no food or update, I went downstairs to check with the same staff member who had taken my order. It seemed that she had completely forgotten about it, and only then did she follow up on my order. In the end, I received my food approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordering. I understand that restaurants can be busy and some waiting time is expected, but forgetting an order altogether and not providing any update is disappointing, especially for a restaurant located within a hotel. I hope the management can improve the order-handling and communication process so this does not happen to other guests.
