Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questa struttura è stata decisamente negativa e molto al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato. Una volta arrivati nella camera standard che avevamo prenotato, ci siamo subito accorti che non aveva un odore particolarmente gradevole e, soprattutto, c’erano moltissime zanzare all’interno della stanza. Abbiamo quindi fatto presente il problema al manager e, non essendo soddisfatti delle condizioni della camera, abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile ottenere un rimborso per poter soggiornare altrove. Ci è stato risposto che non era assolutamente possibile, sostenendo che nessun altro cliente si fosse mai lamentato di questi problemi e che quindi non avremmo avuto diritto ad alcun rimborso. Abbiamo successivamente chiesto se fosse possibile cambiare camera. Ci è stata mostrata un’altra sistemazione, ma ci è stato richiesto un supplemento. Il problema è che il prezzo richiesto era addirittura quasi il doppio rispetto a quello che risultava sulla piattaforma Booking per la stessa camera. Abbiamo fatto presente la discrepanza e, sinceramente, l’atteggiamento del manager durante la discussione non ci è sembrato affatto professionale. Abbiamo dovuto insistere a lungo prima di riuscire ad ottenere una tariffa più vicina a quella indicata su Booking, che abbiamo comunque dovuto pagare in contanti. A quel punto ho semplicemente chiesto una ricevuta per il pagamento effettuato. Mi è stato chiesto più volte perché ne avessi bisogno e mi è stato detto inizialmente che non venivano rilasciate ricevute. Alla fine mi è stato consegnato un semplice foglio di carta con scritto l’importo pagato e la data, senza intestazione né firma. Abbiamo dovuto praticamente preparare noi una ricevuta e chiedere nuovamente che venisse firmata dal manager. Una situazione che abbiamo trovato davvero assurda e poco professionale. Anche la nuova camera presentava diversi problemi.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The management and staff are absolute legends—always attentive, incredibly helpful, and going above and beyond to make sure every single detail of our stay was perfect. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and maintained to the highest standard every day. On top of that, the pool area is simply outstanding—a total vibe and the perfect spot to unwind. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had. Can't wait to come back!

The room was super big and comfortable, in a central area, and nice view, and the outside kitchen was fully equipped and helpful. The owner Min was so nice and helped arranging transport and helped with everything. Great value for the price I loved it.

Nothing all great

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. In our opinion, this property operates by pressuring guests into paying for things that were already dirty, stained or damaged before their stay. Be extremely careful: inspect absolutely everything the moment you enter, photograph every bedsheet, towel, wall, piece of furniture and every defect, because otherwise you may later find yourself being accused of damage you did not cause. The owner completely destroyed the atmosphere of our holiday. Instead of allowing guests to relax, he created constant stress, pressure and accusations. Even on the morning of check-out, his staff came demanding money and threatening police involvement over a disputed bedsheet. This is not normal hospitality. This is an unacceptable way to treat paying guests. The accommodation itself had numerous pre-existing stains, worn bedding, damaged and poorly maintained items, all of which we documented with extensive photos and videos. We strongly believe future guests should be aware that anything already dirty or damaged may later be blamed on them. We also booked one property and were physically accommodated in a place operating under a different name. The property’s condition and the way the situation was handled made the entire experience extremely stressful and unacceptable. If you value your holiday, your peace of mind and do not want to spend your vacation defending yourself against accusations and demands for money, stay away from this place. There are many wonderful accommodations on Koh Phangan — this is not one we would ever choose again.

Very clean, very beautiful, good location and the staff are very kind. Without a doubt the best decision so far on my trip.
