1. Very late service. Takes more than 30 minutes for any service call and that too after repeated follow ups and reminders. 2. Quality of breakfast is horrible.
AghaViaggio di coppia · Oct 13Cleanliness, the fragrance they used in lounge and lobby, efficient staff. All amenities worked fine

VinitViaggio di coppia · Sep 10Breakfast spread and service staff at all contact points was excellent.
Everything was very good.
JMViaggio in famiglia · Sep 6What we liked most: - The room: Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We slept extremely well and really enjoyed our stay. - Breakfast: Excellent breakfast with a very good variety and quality. - Staff: Everyone was very attentive and professional, always willing to help. - Executive Lounge: A special mention to the Executive Lounge team, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. - Location: Excellent location, with the BTS right next to the hotel and plenty of great places to eat nearby.
Nothing negative to report.
ChrisViaggio in solitaria · Sep 5Sehr nettes Personal.
