Overall very happy with our stay at hotel serenity. The only reason we give it an 8/10 is because of the location. T

It was a very relaxed stay in hotel serenity. The activities that were on offer were great too, we enjoyed the yoga class a lot, and we were only beginners.

Only thing is it is quite far from things. We got grabs and taxis over to Karon/kata most evenings for dinners. The grab only takes 15/20 mins and is very cheap at least.

Very nice breakfast, but I think the organizational structure (comparing my 2012 visit with my present visit) was better. In 2012 everything flowed much more smoothly.

Our penthouse structurally was great! The kitchen, lounge areas, bedroom, the pool, bathroom were clean and well appointed, but the unit needed a face-lift.

The shower kept flooding, including after reporting it to reception and someone looking after it. Breakfast was bland. Coffee machine not working.

Ewtá en Rawai alejado de las zonas concirridas de Phuket Town y Patong; lo cual puede ser bueno o malo segun quieras. De todoa modos sonbsolo 15 min en coche ,motono bus público
