RobertViaggio di coppia · Oct 10This hotel is a bit 'tired'... so why did I rate it exceptional? ...because our 5 year old absolutely LOVED the water park... the playground section of the park is absolutely wonderful for kids... and for older kids, the water slides are great... and she enjoyed playing in the sand on the beach... and the whole family enjoyed morning walks along the beach... and the breakfast buffet is quite good... and the staff very friendly... I just had a nice conversation with one of the staff at breakfast. So, if you have kids, they will love this place... and it is an amazing value. So, just get past the fact that the hotel is a bit dated.
Nothing could have been better... but a note to the hotel. If you try to reserve a room for, say, 1 adult and 1 child, on booking.com you will not be able to make the reservation. You will get a message saying 'Children are not allowed at this property'. But of course children are allowed. This is a hotel made for children! The hotel has listed itself incorrectly on booking.com (there is no problem on other booking platforms). You need to list the child as an adult. I'm sure that the hotel is losing business because they are improperly listed. I really suggest that the hotel fix their booking.com listing.

Elevators always full, you need to wait to get there. Staff to learn English as communication is poor. HK knocking the room door even when DND button is on. Breakfast are poor and the same every day. Variety of food is less. Coffee machines always in errors. BTW coffee in the rooms much better than on the breakfast. Deposit upon arrival was 1000 baht.

Для непродолжительного пребывания вполне годно. Рум сервис на ежедневной основе. Можно даже покормить белок, которых полно на территории отеля.
Норм отель за свои деньги.
