MatthewViaggio in solitaria · Jul 2Fantastic location, very close to a beautiful beach, this is incredible value for money. My room was large, clean and had everything I wanted. There’s a pool table, a dartboard, a lovely pool and most of all a warm and authentic greeting from the team. The host, Bram, is super kind and helpful as well as very knowledgable about all things Thailand. All in all, this is a great place to base yourself as you explore the beautiful country of Thailand 🙏🏻🤩

The hotel unilaterally cancelled my friend's room on the morning of the day we were arriving. The owner said he would help him find a room in a hotel nearby, but then just disappeared, never to be seen again during my stay. My friend had to pay for a more expensive room in another hotel.

das Hotel war bei Booking.com überteuert woanders erheblich günstiger kaum (gar keine) Gäste, entsprechend kein Essen, keine Getränke, kein entsprechender Service der Pool wäre ja ok, wenn er geputzt wäre

Städning av balkong behövdes. endast en kaffekopp, eluttagen satt löst, utebelysning på balkongen fungerade ej, täcke saknades, mycket smågurkor på toalett.

Havde bestilt et dobbelt værelse til min lille familie på 4, han havde lavet en fejl, så vi måtte sove i 2 separate lejligheder med et lille barn i hver, slet ikke optimalt når andet er godkendt og bestilt samme sted. Personalet frs thailand snakker virkelig dårlig engelsk.
