Room was quite basic and soundproofing not great, but honestly we were happy given how reasonably priced the accommodation was.

One row of rooms with a nice private sitting area right outside the room, DSA, and one row of rooms with a garage outside your room. I can't recall having choices when booking, so maybe specify your preference. Spacious, spotlessly clean room with good Aircon and good WiFi. Fridge in the room. Nice attached bathroom with a hot shower. Toilet paper, soap, towels and water bottles supplied. Very good air quality in the room. All my damp clothes from Ko Phayam dried up. It's a bit far from the bus station, but very good when going to or from the islands as the public Songthaews are passing along the main road 500 m away.
Do you really have to check in by 3pm???? It says 13.30-15.00 in the description. Some of us who have traveled a lot, take these times SERIOUSLY, as we might have previously been turned away when we arrive too late. I see people checking in in the evening, and the owners live on site. I think they are losing out on bookings because of this! Does it mean that you might get your room at 13.30, but the latest 15.00??? The charging outlets were a bit high up on the wall, but I'm prepared.

SarahViaggio di coppia · Mar 5It was a nice place to stay, with a bit of a motel vibe. There’s not much to add it’s quite rustic and a little old-fashioned, but that’s part of its charm and it works just fine for a comfortable stay.
They should change the bin in the room more often. Also there is a lot of ants

Room needed a bit of renovation but was extremely good value. No storage or hanging space.
