ThavaViaggio in solitaria · Sep 18I stayed at V-Ocean Palace Hotel on the 6th floor. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection in the room was very poor. The signal was extremely weak and, most of the time, I couldn’t connect to the internet at all. The Wi-Fi worked only when I went down to the lobby, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, I hope the hotel can improve the Wi-Fi coverage, especially on the higher floors, as good internet connectivity is important for guests nowadays.

visnuViaggio in solitaria · Jun 7An Unacceptable Hotel Experience Upon checking into our family room, we discovered several significant cleanliness issues, including bloodstains on the bedsheets, human hair on the floor, dirt marks on the walls, and an unsanitary bathroom. The overall state of the room was entirely unsatisfactory. I promptly reported these concerns to the reception desk. However, the receptionist informed me that housekeeping services were unavailable and was unable to offer a resolution or assistance. Furthermore, the demeanor of the receptionist was unhelpful. I am profoundly dissatisfied with both the cleanliness standards and the level of customer service provided. I advise potential guests to carefully consider these points before making a reservation. I cannot recommend this establishment.

อมิตาViaggio di coppia · Mar 81.เป็นแหล่งใกล้ของกินเยอะ หาของกินง่าย 2.น้ำไหลแรงดี อาบสะใจ (แต่น้ำจากสายฉีดชำระแรงเกินไปมาก ไม่มีที่ปรับด้วยเนื่องจากเก่าจนสนิมกินเหลือแค่ตัวน็อตที่น่าจะต้องใช้คีมหนีบมาปรับ) ฉีดล้างทีต้องคอยหลบๆเอาไม่งั้นลำไส้น่าจะขาด 3.มีไดร์ มีกาต้มน้ำร้อน ตู้เย็นเล็ก และทีวีเป็นสมาททีวี ที่ภาพไม่ชัด เน็ตหลุดทุก 3 นาที จนรำคาญ แต่ก็ยังดีที่มีให้ดู 4.นอนหลับสบายดี ไม่มีอะไรที่ทำให้หลอนจนนอนไม่ได้
1.ไม่ชอบพนักงานต้อนรับ ก่อนจองห้องพักที่นี่เจอรีวิวว่าพนักงานไม่น่ารัก ไม่มีมารยาท ก็นึกว่าทางโรงแรมจะปรับปรุงแล้วแต่ก็ไม่ พนักงานไม่มีจิตบริการ ทำเหมือนเราไปขอทานอยู่ฟรี ไม่โอเคมากๆ (ตอนเราไปพักพนักงานเป็นผู้หญิงอิสลามใส่ผ้าคลุม)คือแย่มาก เต็มสิบให้ติดลบ 2.ห้องพักไม่เหมือนในรูป คือไม่อยากเรียกว่าเป็นโรงแรมเลย เหมือนห้องเช่าราคาถูกมากกว่า ก็ตามสภาพเลยเก่าโทรม แคบ ไปพัก2คนเดินสวนกันไม่ได้เลย ห้องน้ำกลิ่นท่อแรงมาก เหม็นมาก แอร์มีเสียงดังแต่ยังพอรับได้ 3.ราวแขวนในห้องน้ำไม่มี และทางโรงแรมก็ไม่ได้ซ่อมแซม ปล่อยให้เป็นปัญหาของผู้พักที่ต้องหาที่เหนียดผ้าเอาเอง เราก็แหน็บๆเอาแถวตัวน็อตที่ยังเหลือไว้ให้ดูต่างหน้านั่นแหละ 4.อินเทอร์เน็ต wifi หลุดทุก 3 นาที เชื่อมแล้วเชื่อมอีกจนท้อ 5.คงไม่กลับไปพักอีกแน่นอน ไม่ใช่เพราะห้องพักแต่เพราะพนักงาน ไม่สบายใจกับพนักงานต้อนรับมากจริงๆ เซ็ง
