The room did not match the description. Thus, I refused the room and left. Nonetheless, I was charge for one night, even if the issue was the room (The staff recognized that and contacted booking.com, but they were not able to provide an alternative). Moreover, most of the pictures in booking.com are purposely misleading. The pool and gym are very small and rather worn out. Not recommended.

the hotel should be 3 or 4 starts first everything at night close lights how come the resption close at 10pm 5starts should be everything open light activity even the pool close at 7pm!!

Great hotel, stayed many times there now. Standards as good as ever, great staff great location.

門口就是沙灘，走幾步就到夜市

入住要付押金2000元下單前都沒提醒，房間內飲料都要付費的，飯店門口附近就有7-11，建議飯店乾脆不要放飲料跟酒，退房還要檢查完才能退押金多此一舉

very good location, close to beach and many attraction places, well decoration, cosy, good bed, good service.

well decorated but not practical, our dining seats in our suite look nice but not good to sit. toilet and hair dryer so old. breakfast very good taste but too less variety.

wifi แย่ ต่อยากมากและไม่ค่อยมีสัญญาณ โรงแรมติดกับอีกโรงแรมซึ่งเปิดเสียงเครื่องดนตรีดังมากๆๆ ตั้งแต่เข้าเช็คอิน และจะดังไปจนถึง4ทุ่ม เราโทรไปบอกพนักงาน พนักงานถามว่าจะเอาเอียปลั้กไหม มันแย่มากสำหรับการมาที่นี่เพื่อจะฉลองวันเกิด
