Rumori notturni (bar e discoteca) e diurni (costruzioni). Quinto piano senza ascensore. Struttura molto basic.
FinnViaggio in solitaria · Jul 12The room is clean and has everything that is needed: firm bed, desk, fridge, ... There are free bicycles to borrow and explore the area. Very good location, walking distance to the beach and close to all the activities.

Я бы посоветовал собственникам отеля купить усилитель сигнала WiFi, что бы на верхних этажах была хорошая связь.
MiikkaViaggio in solitaria · Mar 25Great location if you want to stay in Jomtien. Near beach, restaurants, bars, baht bus routes etc., but still pretty peaceful at nights. Very nice and friendly staff. Good choice if you want to stay in budget hotels.

A bit loud at night time when people were downatairs (my room was on the 2nd floor) but acceptable. Heard water dropping on the ceiling all night. I guess toilets/shower are above my room. No water leak but should do something to prevent the leak.
LeventeViaggio in solitaria · Jan 29The location is excellent, the bus from Bangkok dropped me off just a couple minutes walk from the place, the beach is at the end of the road and you can find everything you'll likely need either on the same or the neighbouring streets. The room is also pretty well equipped
While it's generally in a very quiet area the Aircon and the frogs outside did make a bit of noise. But nothing that I couldn't tolerate.

En del røg i gaden om morgenen fra de lokale der startede deres forretninger op, røgen trak ind imellem på værelset da der,- som de fleste steder i Thailand, ikke er monteret tætningslister i døre/vinduer.
