Dear Sirs, Please would you refund me the amount that you debited from my card - ahead of my arriving at the hotel. The resort/hotel pictures were very old. The hotel was quite run down in terms of premises, and there was no security at all for me. I was unable to stay due to the lack of security. I arrived at 7:00am at the hotel - some five hours before check-in - and told the hotel reception that I could not stay there due to lack of security. Also, given the age of the hotel - and basic nature of the rooms, and remoteness from town, the hotel was very seriously overpriced. Yours sincerely, Angela Suttie.
Over night hotel Service was low Breakfast was not good Location too far from town or markets even 7 eleven Not reconeded
Use to stay in the bungalow, ok size room. God aircondition and low noise from it. The Staff is friendly and helpfull. Nice swimmingpool. Quiet place at the night.
hôtel très bien accueillant très bon séjour . la piscine est bien relaxante
Rent och fräscht för en liten peng. Något hård säng dock.

Newer hotel. Spoke English at front desk, friendly staff. Coffee and toast every morning in lobby. Nice pool and well maintained. Excellent choice for the price.
Very nice and clean hotel. Amazing staff and the pool end as nice and clean. I'd highly recommend this Resort to anyone traveling to Udon. I got most surprised by the price though. Cheap and very nice.
Sehr saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, genug zum Frühstücken, Pool super
Nice and comfortable place to stay. Just far enough away to be quiet and relaxing and close enough to visit the city Center at any time.
