The balcony was very small with rusty railings with one broken chair and an Aircon unit with no cover. The room was tatty with pealing wallpaper and dirty furniture. The bathroom was dirty with some mould in the shower. The floor in the sitting area and bedroom had gaps in the laminate. The space was very cramped. The hairdryer was broken, the clock on the wall didn't work and the cutlery and crockery was sparce.
Property management was very good at explaining the check in process and check out was quick and easy. Room was clean and everything worked great. Cleaning service was very quick and did a great job cleaning. Everything is within walking distance. If I visit Pattaya again, I will be staying here.

The pool does not allow any drinks or anything. No places to sit by the pool. So its just to jump in and out and make sure to not have a coke with you. Basically not a place for a holiday. Just a place to live for office workers and they can do laps. Its not a place for tourist to enjoy.
Wer sowohl Nightlife als auch Beach mag, ist mit der Location dieses Condominiums mehr als zufrieden, gerne wieder. Zudem hatte ich vom Schlafzimmer/Balkon eine hervorragende Sicht auf die Bucht von Pattaya, morgens und abends ein Traum.

check in and check out was inconvenient because staff did not show up as agreed. the unit was very sparsely equipped (see photos to see what was provided ) ( eg only one cup, minimal cutlery). the unit is significantly in need of maintenance. mould in the bathroom ceiling.
