Elegancy Resort Hua Hin

No one around. Had the whole pool to myself.

No hot water. Had to wait for help at the front desk. Locked myself out of my room with no phone. Had no one in the area to help.

We originally booked this hotel for one night, but ended up staying four nights while looking for a long-term place to live in Hua Hin. The hotel is very cozy. It’s not brand new, but it is well maintained and you can see that the property is taken care of. The pool is clean and honestly it’s the best feature of this hotel. It’s large and located in the center of the property. Our kids absolutely loved swimming there every day. One thing to keep in mind: if you stay in a room close to the pool and there are families with children (like us), it can sometimes be a bit noisy because kids are playing in the water. For us it was totally normal, but it’s good to know. We stayed in the two-bedroom family room. It has two ensuite bathrooms with both shower and bathtub. The master bedroom even has a jacuzzi bathtub. I didn’t use it, but it looked nice. The apartment itself is comfortable and well equipped. The interior is cozy, the dishes are good, there is a microwave with grill, a large refrigerator, and a dining area. Another big plus is the staff — everyone was extremely friendly and kind. Overall, for Thailand this hotel offers very good value. It’s comfortable, friendly, and we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend it and would likely stay here again if we return to Hua Hin.

A couple of things that could be improved. If you need fast internet for work, be aware that the Wi-Fi here is quite slow. It’s fine for messaging but not ideal for serious work. Also, during our stay there was no housekeeping because the cleaner was sick. It wasn’t a big problem for us, but it’s worth mentioning. The beach is about a 25–30 minute walk away. It’s fine in the morning, but the walk itself is not very scenic.

Not sufficient sun loungers should all guests wish to have a pool day. 9 in total, guest capacity could be around 22. Several days we went to the beach as no beds available. No availability at all on site to purchase a drink or snack. We were reliant o ordering food in , or going to shops. Ok if you have transport, fit enough to ride a bicycle or walk 20 mins to nearest shop or bar.

Loved it! The property is a little way out but the bikes were a great addition. Only a 3 min cycle or 10 min walk gets you to local bars, cafes shops etc. the pool was great. Very clean, quiet etc. cleaning and maintenance was excellent. Would definately stay again.

Could have done with a few more utensils in the kitchen to prepare and eat food. Knives etc.

La tonne de chlore dans la piscine à mon avis il surcharge déclore éclore choc pour pouvoir lui donner moins d'entretien très mauvais pour la peau et pour les yeux surtout pour les enfants

Die Zimmer sind groß, mit Balkon, Blick auf den Pool, freundliches Personal, sprechen aber leider kein Englisch. Gutes Bett, großes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Sehr ruhig!

Zu ruhig, außer Übernachten kann man hier nur am Pool rumliegen, ein wenig schwimmen, fernsehen (Netflix funktioniert) sonst gibt es hier nichts zu tun. Keine Restaurant, kein Supermarkt, kein Service. Es ist nichts in nähere Umgebung, mindestes 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß oder eventuell mit dem Fahrrad (gratis), sonst kann man nur mit dem Taxi von hier weg. Es könnte auch deutlich sauberer sein. Die Küche ist sehr spärlich eingerichtet, kochen geht garnicht, nur Mikrowelle! Fast kein Geschirr oder Besteck, Messer gibt es keines. Die Vorhänge sind stark beschädigt. Einige Sanierungen wären dringend notwendig. Es gibt auch keinerlei Informationen zu Aktivitäten die Rezeption ist nie besetzt.

The resort is very tranquil and the apartment is really nice. When we arrived we could check in earlier, which was really appreciated. The terrace and pool are are relaxing.

We couldn't find any information about the apartment neither we were given any instructions orally. There was a language barrier. We though that the resort was non smoking. That was a bit let down when we noticed smoking neihgbours. Equipment in the kitchen was very minimal.

Størrelsen, moderne, fint basseng. Vaktmesteren og renhold.

Ikke utebord, etterlyste men fikk ikke, måtte kjøpe selv. Bassengbaren var aldri åpen. Ingen andre personale enn vaktmesteren tilstede.
