Breakfast —>> staff at kitchen not nice look like customers disturb her time, no smile, no service minded.
RogerViaggio di coppia · Dec 12Great staff and good value for money. The breakfast had a lot of healthy choices and freshly prepared food. The cafeteria staff were very attentive and responsive to special requests such as requests for fresh chilies. Our shower head was broken and was promptly replaced when brought to the front desk's attention.
The caulking around the bathroom sink had a lot of mold and we informed the front desk about it but no corrective action was taken . Also, the sink to wash dishes was located in the balcony but as pigeons had access to the balcony there was a lot of pigeon droppings. A simple mesh or netting would prevent the pigeons from entering the balcony. The mattress and pillows could be of better quality - they were definitely not up to a 3-star hotel.

I only missed a water heater in the room. I had to go down stairs to get hot water for making a cup of coffee.

No knife in the kitchen for slicing fruits but I think thats the only thing i can think of. Its not so negativ either. We bought one at the mall for 20bath
