Hotel staff did not clean the room although we ask for room service, trash is not clear although we had put the trash bin outside the room and asked to clear

- there was a large black garbage bag filled with trash outside our chalet, in our parking area making it difficult to open the car door (minus one point for the cleanliness) - water heater in the toilet doesn't work well, sometimes it's hot and sometimes cold even though it's adjusted to hot temperature - had to wear wrinkled clothes bcs there’s no iron/iron board provided (would rate 9/10 if iron was provided) - suggestion; it's better to provide an iron for each chalet than to provide a TV because guests don’t have time to watch TV at all

Bilik kurang bersih. Masih ada pasir-pasir di tepi katil dan bawah meja tulis. Tiada tambahan air minuman pada hari kedua. Dan juga bilik tidak dibersihkan untuk hari kedua.
