Recensioni degli ospiti dell'hotel

8,4Molto buono · su 66 recensioni

Riepilogo IAOverall overwhelmingly positive experiences: friendly staff, calm atmosphere, good pool and comfort; minor negatives (mosquitoes, no nearby sandy beach) keep it from a top score.

Pulizia8,8
Multiple reviews mention the hotel is very clean, well maintained and tidy ("très propre", "очень чисто"), so cleanliness is a clear strength.
Servizio8,6
Service repeatedly praised (friendly, attentive, available 24/7, helpful staff). High but not perfect due to occasional minor notes (standard small-hotel service).
Posizione8,4
Convenient, in the heart of Rawai yet tucked away and quiet; however surroundings can be busy and there's no direct sandy beach, so location is good but mixed.
Camera8,6
Rooms described as comfortable, well-sized with pool access and good bathrooms; overall very positive room comments.
Servizi7,8
Nice garden and pool, scooter rental and laundry service on site, but limited broader resort amenities given small boutique size.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo8,6
Guests recommend the hotel, praising comfort, service and facilities for the price — perceived as good value overall.
Cibo e bevande7,8
Breakfast described as tasty by some but 'OK' and with limited choice by others, so F&B is decent but not a standout.

Best Hotel in Thailand

Best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive and were proactive in ensuring we had a great stay. We enjoyed staying here so much we extended our stay and we were accommodated with a great price. Big Thank you to all the staff and we hope to stay again in the future.

Some Grab drivers have trouble locating the hotel however this is absolutely minor and no fault at all of the hotel at all, just walk to the gate if you order food and you'll be fine.
