G.LASHViaggio in solitaria · Oct 12Really attentive and friendly staff, an example of true Thai hospitality. Our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the swimming pool and a good view of the city. Really close to the entrance of the Phae Gate, around 300-400 meters. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the balcony with a small chair and table, enough space for 2 people., where we spent our evenings in peace. The room was spacious, clean facilities and lots of amenities, whatever you could need, though the cotton buds/shower cap/toothbrush were only on request in the reception. You could simply ask for it. The breakfast is between 06:30-10:30, downstairs on the first floor, same as the reception. It offered a pleasant atmosphere and provided enough options for a sustainable meal. Nothing grandiose, but tasty.
There were no slippers in the room, we had our own from the flight so we ended up using it. It's possible, that they would also be provided if we had asked. As the room was right above the swimming pool, it got a bit loud sometimes with kids playing in the pool. They have some cute handmade souvenirs at the reception, we ended up buying some cute keychains.

DominiqueViaggio in famiglia · Sep 4Estuvimos 4 días en este hotel. La ubicación es excelente. Las habtitaciones son limpias. Hay una pileta muy agradable con el calor que hacía en agosto. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a dar una mano. Me gustó el servicio de Laundry así podía dejar bolsas de ropa para lavar directamente en la recepción. Nosotros estamos haciendo una vuelta al mundo de un año y la logistica de la ropa es importante!

If you're expecting a great view and a nice swiming pool then it's not spectacular.
