Personnel à l'arrivé peu professionel Attention hors saison il y a beaucoup de travaux bruyants et la remise ne vaut pas le coup car les bungalowns sont très très peu insonorisés

Off season the restaurant closes to soon and you se the type of dedication is different from high season

The “sea view” was a bit of a con as yes you could see the sea through the trees but nothing like the images advertised. Large building works on site basically ruined our stay which thankfully was only 2 nights. WARNING the sea view bungalow it right next to the pool area and music blares out until 11pm each night the property was almost shaking one evening because of the bass from the music. It’s also right next to the building works so make sure you ask if they have finished before booking.

Les bungalow sont situés dans la végétation et légèrement reculés par rapport aux éventuelles nuisances de l'établissement. Le personnel est très agréable, professionnel et serviable. Nombreux services proposés pour agrémenter le séjour. La restauration était très qualitative avec des plats typiques et internationaux.
Des travaux d'agrandissement et de rénovation avaient lieux dans l'établissement générant quelques nuisances sonores pour les chambres situées à proximité.

AlexandreViaggio in famiglia · Aug 14Le Koh kood resort à un accès à la mer direct. Les équipements et les services sont supers. Serviettes pour piscine et plage. Tongs à disposition dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel c’est le meilleur petit déjeuner en Thaïlande que nous avons eu en 4 voyages. Le restaurant est excellent. Enfin le personnel est aux petits soins et anticipe même nos besoins.
