FredrickViaggio in famiglia · Apr 2I was unable to stay at the hotel because I discovered that its location is far from the main areas, attractions, and transportation options. This was not clear to me at the time of booking, and the distance made it impractical for my trip. The hotel knows this and therefore will not allow you a cancelation with refund. Be sure to check location before booking or you will lose all funds.
