Molto buono · su 454 recensioniRiepilogo IAMany repeat guests and very positive overall impressions (friendly staff, nice gardens/pool, great location) leading to strong overall satisfaction despite a few isolated issues.
Pulizia8,0
Generally reported as very clean (multiple mentions of clean rooms, pool and grounds) but some guests reported ants in bathrooms and a musty/ damp smell in one room, so cleanliness is slightly reduced.Servizio10
Consistently praised across reviews — staff described as friendly, attentive and memorable (named staff like Tan and Jeed highlighted), creating a warm, welcoming experience.Posizione10
Repeatedly called 'perfect' and 'top' location: directly on the beach and within walking distance to Chaweng centre, excellent access to beach and local amenities.Camera8,4
Rooms are described as comfortable, clean and well-equipped (fridge, working AC); occasional issues noted such as a specific room with odor from the AC and isolated insect problems.Servizi9,4
Strong amenities: nice pool with views, beach access with free chairs for guests, functioning elevator, good in-room facilities. Minor negatives: some beach chairs need maintenance and occasional renovation temporarily affecting beach bar access.Rapporto qualità-prezzo7,2
Mixed signals: several guests felt the hotel is on the expensive side or 'too pricey', while others still found it good value; overall leaning below target due to explicit comments about price.Cibo e bevande8,2
Breakfast and restaurant generally described as good or delicious by many, but some guests noted limited breakfast variety (same sausage/cheese, viennoiseries) and disruption when beach breakfast was unavailable due to renovation.
