Molto buono · su 70 recensioniRiepilogo IAOverall sentiment is positive (lovely property, amazing views, quiet and spacious rooms) tempered by cleanliness, accessibility and some facility issues; the net experience is good to very good.
Pulizia6,0
Multiple comments note poor housekeeping and cleanliness lapses (used gel bottles left, jacuzzi not drained, cursory cleaning, clogged toilet reported). These consistent negative mentions reduce the cleanliness score.Servizio10
Staff repeatedly described as very friendly, attentive and helpful (fulfilled breakfast wishes, attentive service, pleasant personnel). Service is the standout positive across reviews and is rated highly to balance weaker areas.Posizione7,5
Location praised for exceptional views and proximity to attractions, but multiple notes about a steep hill (accessibility issues, no complimentary shuttle) reduce the score to mixed-positive.Camera7,5
Rooms are frequently described as very spacious, with villas and private pools available, but some guests report dated features, hard beds, and issues with bathroom fixtures (water left in jacuzzi, water pressure concerns).Servizi7,5
Amenities like private pools, kitchen facilities, plentiful towels and daily water are noted positively; however missing in-room items (kettle, bathrobe, slippers), leaking AC and occasional plumbing issues lower this score.Rapporto qualità-prezzo8,5
Several guests explicitly call out strong value for money and praise room size and views relative to price, despite some shortcomings—overall a positive value perception.Cibo e bevande8,5
Breakfast is described as good and staff accommodate requests, though remarks about repetition (same egg options daily) limit a higher score—generally a positive F&B experience.

OlegViaggio di coppia · Oct 17Хороший отель, чистый, номера большие и светлые. Завтрак континентальный выбор есть.
Без машины или мопеда делать нечего, на самом верху горы расположен, пешком полнятся тяжело.

LaraViaggio in famiglia · Apr 29The property was stunning. We booked a family apartment and it was very spacious. The views were exceptional. The staff were great and so was the breakfast.
The beds were very hard.

peterViaggio di coppia · Mar 11Great views of surrounding areas. Excellent room size. Attentive staff. Well serviced.
Water pressure for showers could get attention.
SergeiViaggio in famiglia · Mar 7

The accommodation is marketed as a 4-star property; however, several aspects fell significantly short of this standard. Room and Facilities The room itself was generously sized but felt dated and in need of modernisation. Essential in-room amenities were missing or inadequate for a 4-star rating, including no kettle (which had to be requested), no bathrobe, and no slippers. The bathroom jacuzzi tub was not drained after use. It remained full of water for three days without being emptied or addressed by housekeeping, despite visible neglect. Used gel bottles from previous guests were left in the bathroom and never removed. Basic housekeeping was consistently substandard: a used cup was left untouched on the side, and when a shirt was deliberately left on the floor as a test, staff swept around it but did not pick it up or clean properly. Cleaning Standards Housekeeping appeared to perform only the bare minimum—making the bed and a cursory sweep of the floor—without thorough cleaning or attention to detail. This level of service does not align with 4-star expectations. Accessibility and Location Issues The property is situated on a steep 18% gradient, which may pose significant difficulties for guests with mobility issues (e.g., bad knees or back problems). There is no complimentary shuttle service to/from the base of the hill, requiring guests to take an expensive taxi for even short trips. While the room offered space and certain features (such as the jacuzzi), the combination of outdated facilities, poor housekeeping, missing amenities, and accessibility challenges resulted in an experience well below 4-star standards.
