1. 无清晰精准的入住定位指引，抵达当日暴雨天气，我独自带着6岁孩子在户外漫无目的地找房半小时，孩子全程淋雨十分煎熬； 2. 热水系统大面积瘫痪，整栋房源仅有一间房有热水，其余所有房间完全无法供应热水，房东刻意推卸设备维护责任； 3. 入户大门故障严重，入住两晚期间，每次出门后大门均无法正常闭合，整段入住期都存在严重人身与财物安全隐患； 4. 房屋隔音极差，双重噪音持续干扰休息：隔壁住户深夜反复使用洗衣机，机器轰鸣整夜不停；同时房屋没有隔音缓冲，每晚不断有低空飞机轰鸣掠过，噪音震耳。深夜向房东发消息求助却完全得不到任何回应。我独自带孩子，只能冒险主动上门和陌生邻居协商，自身与孩子都面临极大人身安全风险； 5. 商家毫无诚信，当初主动同意我提前退房，事后却拒绝退还未入住当晚全额房费，一味拿预订取消条款规避房源故障带来的全部责任。 English: 1. No clear and precise check-in location instructions. It poured heavily on arrival day. I spent half an hour wandering outdoors to locate the property with my 6-year-old son, and my child was soaked and miserable the whole time. 2. Severe failure of the hot water system. Only one room in the entire property had hot water, while all other rooms had no hot water supply whatsoever. The host evaded responsibility for failing to maintain the equipment properly. 3. Critical malfunction of the main entrance door. During my two-night stay, the door failed to close properly every single time I went out, creating constant major risks to personal safety and belongings throughout the stay. 4. Extremely poor sound insulation with two layers of non-stop disruptive noise every night. Neighbors kept running the washing machine deep into midnight with constant loud rumbling. In addition, there is zero noise isolation from air traffic; loud aircraft flew overhead repeatedly every night with deafening roars. I messaged the host for emergency help after hours but received zero response. Traveling alone with a young child, I had to take the dangerous step of knocking on strangers’ doors to resolve the noise issue, putting both myself and my son at serious personal safety risk. 5. Extremely dishonest host. They approved my early check-out voluntarily, yet refused to fully refund the unused night’s accommodation fee afterward. They hid behind the booking cancellation policy to avoid all liabilities caused by the defective property.

Villa auf 5 Stockwerken, wir bekamen immer wieder Wasser ohne Zusatzkosten, zwei Putzfrauen wurden geschickt die sauber gemacht haben und wieder frische Handtücher gebracht haben. Der Pool war wunderschön und es war sehr ruhig, meistens haben nur wir gebadet. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Alles war sehr gut.

L'emplacement un peu éloigné du centre de ville de Chiang Mai. Il faut être véhiculé ou bien commander des grab pour se rendre dans le centre ville.

Property is too big for 5 of us. It is very old, the pool does seemed to be maintained. The worse is that toilet smells unpleasant from the pipelines so cannot get rid of the smell. Limited dining area around. The staff are very responsive for things that they can help.
It has great facilities for family visitors. It has everything including kitchenwares, fridges microwave, toaster, etc.. and place is big and spacious and full privacy. Definitely will visit again.
Nice, clean property. Few walkable restaurants.
여행 마지막날이라 큰 기대없이 예약을 했는데, 너무나 럭셔리하고 넓고 깔끔하고 모든것이 잘 갖추워져 있어서 1박 매우 아쉬웠다 늦게 도착해서 바같풍경과 수영장을 사용하지 못했다. 수영장이 사진으로 보는것보다 크고 가족들과 놀기에는 완벽한 곳이다 다소 관광지와 거리가 있어서 불편하고 찾기도 어려웠으나 차량만 있다면 불편함은 없었다 모든 사람들이 이곳에서 한달살기하러 어자고 할만큼 좋았다 이가격에 이런 숙소 이용하기 쉽지 않은것 같다 평점 10점 받을만한 곳이다
