Molto buono · su 1894 recensioniRiepilogo IAMultiple strong endorsements of an outstanding stay, compassionate care during a family illness, and recommendations for families—overall very positive experience.
Pulizia8,6
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness and tidiness; one review noted poorer room cleanliness/condition, so overall positive but not perfect.Servizio8,9
Staff repeatedly described as attentive, helpful and compassionate (several named employees praised), though a few notes about robotic/unfriendly check-in and slow checkout create minor negatives.Posizione7,0
Several reviewers mention the hotel is somewhat far from major malls/Siem Square (~35 minutes), though a train station is nearby; location is the most commonly cited drawback.Camera7,6
Rooms described as comfortable by some, but other reviews call out substandard 5-star room condition and outdated furniture, indicating mixed room quality.Servizi8,4
Good Islamic-friendly amenities noted (prayer room, women-only pool hours, shattaf, elevators); some disappointment about fewer restaurants than advertised.Rapporto qualità-prezzo8,3
Not directly discussed in most reviews (assigned near target overall rating); overall positive experiences and family-friendly features support slightly above-target value perception.Cibo e bevande7,5
Food is praised (halal options, varied breakfast), but operational issues reported (only one restaurant instead of many, staff with limited English causing order errors/delays).

RosliViaggio di coppia · Oct 10first impression as if I was in one of hotels in Medina, SA. Worthwhile hotel for a short transit. Several places for meals/cafe within reach and all the marked Halal. I noticed its surrounded by Muslim community
If you are into shopping and expect its within reach, forget it. This is not the hotel unless you dont mind taking a grab out of here.
KamalViaggio in solitaria · Oct 9Islamic hotel and easy to get halal food
GhazalViaggio di coppia · Sep 19Clean hotel , Good staff
Every service charging money , very limited breakfast options , no trust in the customer ( the only hotel who asked us to stay to check out after we left the room ) , Old structure of the room
HermannViaggio in solitaria · Sep 13Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Super freundlich. Preis Leistung top.
Alles in Ordnung
OliverViaggio in solitaria · Sep 12Personal war superfreundlich. 10 Punkte*.
