The room we initially get has a bit smelly bathroom. The staffs were very helpful and courteous, and promptly switched the room for us. Need a ride to go to the city center though.

Price from booking.com was over twice what it would have been if I had booked direct with hotel - very strange. Very odd toilet paper - almost unusable. Not a proper roll but small, thin sheets. I have never seen that before. It was a problem

The room lacked some charm but was fine for sleeping. Only one keycard meant the air turned off when leaving and it was only cool near the bed. The WiFi was poor in the room and it went in and out all night. The breakfast was not very good, few choices for either western or local food. Did have Starbucks coffee though

JeremyViaggio in famiglia · Feb 25This hotel is a bit further out which was fine with us and only a short taxi ride away from the hustle and bustle. We had booked the suit with lake view. It was honestly one of our favourite stays as the view is so unique and the room itself was stunning, and spacious. The hotel did a fantastic job planning out and designing the room. It had all we needed. We arrived by car and were able to park in the car park which was shaded. We stayed with our baby and the staff kindly provided a clean and nice cot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The views from the balcony were amazing. Especially at sunset the views over the lake with the mountain backdrop were out of this world. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were friendly. We loved our stay here.
The swimming pool area is a bit odd. Seems to be in an event space area and there were no loungers or seats. The air con is right on the balcony blowing hot air on you which made it uncomfortably hot to sit out there even when it was cool - unless you turned it off.
