AdeleViaggio di coppia · Oct 9Very disappointing stay – definitely not worth the price. Unfortunately, this hotel was a major disappointment. The location is far from the beach, and there are A LOT of stairs to climb to reach the hotel and the rooms. For the price they charge in Koh Tao, we expected a much better experience. The biggest issue was the room itself. Our windows faced a walkway leading to other rooms, meaning that whenever we opened the curtains, other guests walking past could see directly into our room. We had virtually no privacy. Keeping the curtains closed was not a solution either, as the room had very poor lighting and became dark and unpleasant. The overall experience was made even worse by the service. We asked twice, on two separate days, for our room to be cleaned, but nobody showed up. When we raised our concerns about the room and our overall experience, the staff made no effort to help, offer us an alternative room, or find any solution. Ultimately, we decided to leave the hotel earlier than planned because the room and the overall experience simply did not meet an acceptable standard. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund us for the unused nights. Ironically, the room was finally cleaned only after we had already left.

Die Pools werden immer für 2 Zimmer genutzt und täglich gereinigt. Nettes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal - gratis Shuttle von der Fähre zum Hotel.
Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, es gibt aber einen kostenlosen Shuttle zu bestimmten Zeiten. Viele Stiegen am Gelände.

We less liked the fact that for the family with kids there is no privacy, especially at the honey moon suite, as when we added a bed for the kids, having toilet separated only with transparent curtains, as a bit uncomfortable.

Lo único que se podría mejorar es que solo hay una almohada y por ejemplo a mi me gusta landa y la que había era más bien dura para mi gusto. Por el precio del hotel se podría teber 2 almohadas diferentes para poder elegir, como tienen en otros muchos hoteles
Shlomo DavidViaggio di coppia · Oct 7חוץ מהמיקום מקום מושלם! מאוד נקי, צוות יעיל, חדש ויפה, סטנדרט גבוה לקוטאו איסוף מהמעבורת, עזרה עם המזוודות עד החדר (מסע לשם) וגם כשיצאנו השארנו את המזוודות בחדר והם לקחו לנו אותם ללובי.
על אף השאטלים המצומצמים המיקום קשוח. בלילה עלינו ברגל מהמרכז וזה 20 דקות הליכה קשוחות.

כלום זבל של מקום נמענים מאוד מלתת שירות אין שירות חדרים לא מנקים את החדר בקיצור לא הייתי חוזר לשם בחיים
