NilobolViaggio in solitaria · Aug 6อยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟอุตรดิตถ์ และศิลาอาสน์ (เหมือนอยู่ครึ่งๆ ทางระหว่างสองสถานีนี้) เมื่อเดินจากสถานีรถไฟอุตรดิตถ์มาถึงโรงแรมนี้ ประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร หนทางไม่เปลี่ยว มีร้านค้า ร้านขนม และโรงแรมนี้อยู่ไม่ไกลสนามกีฬา สามารถเดินลัดได้ โดยต้องระวังรถไฟ และหญ้ารกริมทาง… ตัวโรงแรมและสิ่งแวดล้อมสะอาด ปลอดภัย สงบ มีที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง เพียงพอ …หากจะพาผู้สูงวัย หรือเดินลำบากมาด้วย ควรโทรสอบถามพนักงานก่อน เพราะที่นี่ไม่มีลิฟท์ แต่มีห้องพักที่อยู่ชั้นล่างหลายห้อง … อาหารเช้าตามปกติ ของเรทราคานี้ คุ้มค่า
เดินเข้าซอยไม่เปลี่ยว ควรระวัง บางช่วงมีสุนัขจรในซอย แต่น้องก็ไม่ดุอะไร อาจมาทำท่าสงสัยเรา ให้เราตื่นเต้นๆ

Considering it was Four Star hotel iy has to have been the worst breakfast in the month we have travelled Thailand - just toast. No eggs of fruit!

AndriiViaggio di coppia · Jan 28I was charged twice for my stay, as if it were two rooms, even though we were sharing the same room. Why is this? Our room was actually listed at 850 baht at the reception desk, but according to the program, the room was listed at 1,100 baht on Booking.com, but it only allowed for one person. By pressing the "2 people" button, you're actually paying for two rooms. Trying to explain this to reception this evening, canceling one reservation last night, and talking to the manager this morning led to nothing. The hotel staff kept insisting it was my fault and that I should contact Booking.com. I'm absolutely outraged that I was charged for two rooms. Apparently, the hotel made a mistake when filling out the form on the website, and now everyone who stays in one room with two people is charged for two rooms. This is unacceptable and constitutes fraud. All future hotel guests and Booking.com management need to be made aware of the unacceptability of such manipulations.

エレベーターはないので、大きなスーツケースなど持っていると少し苦労するかも。 ベッドは固く、あまりリラックスできなかった。 朝食にサラダやおかずがもう少しあると嬉しかった。 ヘアドライヤー、アメニティはないので、自分で持っていくしかない。（部屋のグレードによるのかもしれない。）

Location is far Shower without hot water We had a balcony but it was all covered with nets, so why have a balcony. Poor breakfast ( only bread and jam and instant coffe) no eggs or anything else. No shower gel or shampo Almost no toilet paper Not a 3/4 star hotel.
