MartaViaggio in solitaria · Oct 13Clean room with some modern elements. Randomly, I really liked the nice coffee mugs in the room. And was very grateful that my room was extremely quiet. Rooftop pool allows you to get out of your room and see some views and plays upbeat music. The woman at Coco Travel in the arcade helped me with issues the hotel staff refused to. I also had my laundry done there.
I'd seen other reviews remark that the staff was not great, but I didn't believe them since Thailand is renowned for its incredible hospitality. Well, believe them! Apart from two staff (one man at reception and another at the rooftop bar), the female staff were extremely rude and *very unhelpful*...I also didn't love the fact that even though the signs say no smoking at the pool, tons of people were smoking. There's nothing in the neighborhood worth seeing: it's all tourist stalls and the street smells like urine/vomit.

NicolasViaggio in solitaria · Oct 9Tout était bien, la chambre, la propreté, l'emplacement, le personnel, la piscine au toît, malgré la rue bruyante on entendait pas de bruit depuis l'hôtel.
Sur le toît avec la piscine ils interdisent qu'on apporte nos propres boissons/nourriture/alcool, forçant les gens à consommer de leur resto qui a des prix très gonflés.
