рядом нет кафе и магазинчиков меню в ресторане довольно скудное, а тайские блюда адаптированы под европейский вкус. Спа-салон работал только до 17:00, что совсем не удобно.

After spending four days in Kata we were feeling a bit disappointed with Phuket but this resort was exactly what we needed - a stunning resort in a stunning location, with a clean secluded beach and friendly staff. The deluxe pool villas were beautifully designed and maintained and the gardens were immaculate, we felt as if we were in a jungle in our room. The pool is huge and beautiful and we spent hours swimming at the safe, clean beach. Breakfast was delicious with enough made to order options to give us variety for five days. There are a number of resorts nearby you can visit for lunch if you tire of the resort menu, we particularly liked The Edge although it is pricey. Tim’s Cafe also great and very affordable. The resort food was delicious and we had a generous credit with our room so we felt we barely spent any money compared to what we would have elsewhere. The gym was huge and well equipped and we loved yoga on the beach. We are already planning a trip back next year.
For us the beds weren’t overly cosy, we didn’t sleep amazingly well but this can be true of any resort. It didn’t matter as we had such relaxed days. The service at times was hit and miss but not through lack of care, more through miscommunication which didn’t bother us. A second restaurant would really boost this resort to another level.

Wir bekamen kalte, feuchte Handtücher und ein leckeres Begrüßungsgetränk – genau das Richtige nach der langen Reise. Unsere Poolvilla mit zwei Schlafzimmern war sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr privat. Überall gibt es Palmen und tropische Pflanzen. Man hat wirklich das Gefühl, mitten im Dschungel zu wohnen – einfach unvergesslich. Der Strand ist ruhig und fast menschenleer. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind traumhaft. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und ist jeden Morgen sehr lecker. Auch die Abendessen im Restaurant waren hervorragend. Das Essen wurde schnell serviert, war frisch und aus hochwertigen Zutaten zubereitet. Die Preise sind für ein 5-Sterne-Resort absolut fair. Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich nett, freundlich und immer mit einem Lächeln. Man fühlt sich hier vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel von Herzen empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!
QasimViaggio di coppia · Sep 11The resort is clean and tidy , the staff is very friendly and helpful, resort is located in natai beach , very quiet and peaceful area, if you are in your honeymoon or looking for few days escape, I highly recommend it , one of the best places i stayed in , I arrived very early and they let me check in before few hours

Luxuriöser geht's eigentlich nicht mehr, in Europa wäre so eine Unterkunft unbezahlbar. Wir sind in Phuket gelandet, hier war es für 3 Nächte zum Ankommen ideal (im Anschluss Rundreise durch Südthailand), nur 45 Minute vom Flughafen entfernt; würde ich wieder so machen, aber länger bleiben.

Expensive, the food was average, especially the beach bbq.
JINGWEIViaggio in famiglia · Sep 1The hotel’s view and facilities are pretty good. Unfortunately, there are many rats in the house we live in. In the middle of the night, they squeak on the beams and in the wooden walls, scurry around, and fight, making a huge racket. We are all woken up from sleep, and it is truly terrifying. At night, when the kids hear noises, I have to soothe them by telling them not to be afraid or worried—it’s so overwhelming. I showed a video recording that the hotel changed my room and delayed my check-out, but did not provide compensation for the discounted room rate. I can only say that the hygiene and safety of such a high-end hotel are worrying, and I hope you can make changes to completely prevent incidents involving rodents like this.

The team did not want to recognize the smell and the solution was to move me to a room half size and half price without any compensation. The manager of the place is incompetent and several times avoided us, so he postponed finding a solution. The place is outdated and I would not recommend anyone spending the money to stay in rotten rooms.

If you like to leave the resorts to explore not a lot around. Zero fault of the resort and it is excellent but not much else around. Staff can be on Thai time as well and could be a little faster when ordering beach side with drinks and or food
