Hôtel pas cher, bien pour 2 nuits pas + mais pas de commerce/resto à proximité.

Très grande chambre lit double avec un balcon pour fumer librement. Le personnel est très arrangeant et à notre écoute. Le prix bas. Proche d’un terminus de métro.

À part le 7 eleven et 2 «boui-boui » pour manger à 100m, cet hôtel est loin de tout, pas de restos ni de commerces à proximité. Par exemple : 30 min en taxi du MBK, 40 min du centerworld, 40 min du bouddha d’émeraude, 45 min de l’aéroport suvarnabhumi ( parti vers 16h, même pas les heures de pointes ). État de la chambre : un peu vieillot, pas de sèche cheveux ni de bouilloire. le ventilo de la Clim couinait un peu, juste assez pour agacer. Mais dans l’ensemble les équipements présents fonctionnaient. Propreté : La rambarde du balcon était pleine de fiente de pigeon, pas possible de s’appuyer en fumant sa clope. Un gros cafard desséché dans le placard de l’évier de la cuisine. L’ascenseur est un four, grosse chaleur à l’intérieur.

Large room with huge fridge. Mostly quiet area.

Wifi did not work too well on the phone, ok on the computer. Very dated place - the sliding door does not close fully, hard to get reliable hot water (but it's so hot outside anyway...), stains on curtains and walls. 500 baht deposit required at checkin. No actual front desk, and I may have been the only guest when I was there - gave a sort of haunted hotel vibe. A bit far from everything.

The property manager Mr. Bean was very nice and helpful and fully speaking English

The property was quite old but clean good for family.

If someone wants to do shopping a lot it is a little bit far from downtown

Considering such economic solution, room space is large.

Considering such economic solution, room space is large, with family sized refrigerator. Front desk has forwarded hair dryer after requesting as well. However, water heater seems not able to work with high efficiency.

Pleasant

Most of the things are good.

Terrible WIFI, not usable, I used mobile internet. The cleaner was bad and told something to the manager and the manager told us if they find more dirty they will force us to leave the room earlier but we did not have too much dirty there. I don't know what was the function of the cleaner......

Good

Although breakfast not included, we were enjoyed at the hotel during our vacation. Especially, seems to be an owner who he is very helpful and advise some kind of suggestion for travel route. Additionally, the location is quite near to MRT blue line and yellow, so it is easy to access here and there, no need to take taxi or bike etc.

House keeping service is really bad, need to remind daily basic to take out trash and also regular amenities if you are plan to stay several days. Moreover, there is no proper check in and out, not like any other hotels, usually no one at the reception counter unless if you can call or ring the bell at the reception counter when you arrive.
